If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks; payment card information is always encrypted during transfer. We work to describe our products accurately, including materials, measurements, size guides, and preorder timelines. Please review the product description and your selected variant carefully before completing checkout.

Product Images and Colors

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and display settings. We work to present our products as accurately as possible.

Prices and Availability

Prices, availability, product details, and production schedules may be updated at any time before an order is placed. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or unauthorized resale activity. If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout and issue a refund when applicable. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Preorders and Limited Production Batches

Preorder products are made for limited production windows. Preorder deadlines and estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on product pages and in our Shipping Policy. Preorder products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, split shipments, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Items with different production or fulfillment schedules may ship separately, and tracking information is sent by email when each shipment leaves.

Returns and Final Sale Products

Returns, refunds, and final sale terms are governed by our Refund Policy. Preorder products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at louissmith10@gmail.com and we will work to make it right.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All Legacy Collection original artwork, photographs, branding, copy, layouts, and designs are protected intellectual property and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. School names, colors, and references are used only as presented through the products.
